Mindfulness & Writing: Restorative 6-Week Program “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”- Rumi. 

A 6-Week Program to Discover the Healing Powers of Writing. Starting on the 25th of May-29th of June, 2023 // Every Week on a Thursday from 19:00-21:00 

Do you often feel overwhelmed, stressed out, anxious about the future, or stuck in the past, thinking over and over about painful events that you’ve experienced and unable to move on with your life? 

Or do you wish to gain more clarity and understanding about a specific issue or phase in your life? 

If some of this rings true, this 6-week workshop is for you! 

Through my expert guidance and in the safe and supportive environment of a small, intimate, and interactive group, you’ll journey deeply inwards to explore, process, and release the obstacles limiting your ability to bring your dreams and goals to fruition. 

I’ll guide you through powerful mindfulness techniques and a progression of therapeutic writing forms that are research-proven and includes; 

Expressive writing, Poetic writing, Storytelling, Transactional writing, Affirmative writing, and Legacy writing help you overcome past traumas and emotional challenges that keep you from living in alignment with your highest good and experiencing joy and a sense of life satisfaction. 

You’ll arrive at the end of the six-week transformative workshop feeling more relaxed, revitalized, inspired, connected, and free! 

Free to be authentically you. 

Free to come to greater inner peace. 

And free to come to terms with your story, regardless of what you may have experienced.

No writing or meditation experience is necessary to benefit from this workshop; All you need is a willingness to journey deeply inward and face your shadows. 


We’ll meet weekly on Thursdays at Mahara Holistic Lifestyle: De Clercqstraat 123Hs, 1053 AK, Amsterdam. 

In between sessions, you’ll receive a progression of weekly therapeutic writing assignments via email to practice at home to help accelerate your healing and transformation process.

THE WORKSHOP COSTS: €275. Payment for the workshop in two installments is possible. Please use the message option on the “Book your spot” form at the bottom of this page to request this payment option. 


» The workshop is limited to a maximum of 10 participants only! » The first meeting is crucial, so please try not to miss it. » There will be group and one-on-one interactions, meditations, discussions, and sharing of stories, reflections, and other life experiences. » Remember to wear comfortable clothes and avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the session. 

» Your writing is not shared with the group unless you choose to share. What is shared are your reflections on the writing process’s impact on you. » I will be available for extra support or advice via email for the workshop duration should you need it.
