This six-week life-transformative workshop is specially designed to help you heal trauma and pain from your past, recover from a broken heart, overcome obstacles, and resolve ongoing life challenges that keep you awake at night. 

If you feel overwhelmed, stressed-out, anxious about the future, or stuck in the past, and repeatedly think about painful events you’ve experienced and cannot move on with your life.

Or, if you wish to gain clarity, understanding, or closure about a specific issue or phase in your life, then this 6-week workshop is for you! 

In a sacred, safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space, and with the help of my skillful and compassionate guidance, you’ll get to journey deeply inwards. 

And explore, process, release, and clear out the repressed thoughts, emotions, imposed narratives, old beliefs, and negative energetic imprints that are most likely the source of your low-vibrational feelings. 

So you can shift your state of being from pain, confusion, and overwhelm into one of clarity, healing, growth, and transformation. 

We’ll utilize the powerful practices of various Therapeutic Writing techniques, Deep Guided Meditations, Intuitive Healing, Storytelling, and Deep Conscious Group Conversations to help you get “unstuck” and release the tension in your mind-body, and spirit. 

You’ll arrive at the end of the six-week workshop feeling more relaxed, revitalized, inspired, connected, and free! 

Free to be authentically you and come to greater peace and acceptance of your life experiences, regardless of how painful they may have been. 

No prior writing experience is necessary to benefit from this workshop. All you need is a willingness to journey deeply inwards and connect with a small and intimate group of like-minded others in an open and loving space. 

GOOD TO KNOW:

» The workshop is limited to a maximum of 10 participants only!
MEDIC» The first meeting is crucial, so please try not to miss it.
» There will be group and one-on-one interactions, discussions, and

sharing stories and reflections.

» Remember to wear very comfortable clothes and avoid eating a heavy

meal at least 2 hours before the session.

» The writing exercises will be sent to you weekly via email.
» Your writing is not shared with the group unless you choose to share.
What is shared are your reflections on the impact the writing process has on

you.

» I will be available for extra support or advice for the workshop duration

should you need it.

We’ll meet once every week on Thursdays, 19:00-21:00, for six consecutive weeks. 

You’ll receive weekly writing assignments via email to practice at home between the sessions.
